Frequently Asked Questions

What type of mechanical clocks do you offer?

Manual punch clocks are clocks that you just punch in and out from. This is best used for employees from 1-50. Automatic time clocks are clocks that employees punch in and out but also give you the total of hours for each shift. This is best for employees 50-299.

How long does a ribbon last?

This depends on the use of the clock. If you have 5-10 employees that are punching in and out a ribbon could last longer than a year. If you have 20+ employees, it could last 6 months to a year. We have ribbons in stock but sometimes better to order an extra one to have and order the next one when you replace the use ribbon.
